Todays little project with a view

My client is to the left in this view. The issue at hand is the trellis joists (?) that are overhanging the property line by about 0.5' on the average.

The best waterfront view is on the water.
Betcha' he'd be real happy if I dropped anchor in front of his view 🙂
His bushes are encroaching,trim them at the same time the trellis gets trimmed,problem solved.
