by a cube rat lawyer way out of my food chain..... not sure they yet realize how ineffective that was..... I on the other hand pretty much depleted my monthly supply on discretion by NOT responding in a way that would have made @Roadhand proud and would have been the things legends are made of......

With your next communication, type it in AutoCAD with letters about one-half inch high. Enclose a pair of magnifying eyeglasses.

I like where Holy Cow is going with that. Send a reply 5-pages in super-tiny print. Mostly gibberish. If you can make it sound like you're leading up to a point but just circular logic back to where you started. Do not enclose a magnifying glass.

It seems to me that if you would just do what the cube rat lawyer wants, then the problem is solved!

I'm still confused by this "cube rat" terminology. I'm guessing that the "rat" part refers to the nature of the lawyer as a dirty, disease-ridden creature. Interesting side note: rats have been shown to be rather altruistic to each other.

But the "cube" part escapes me. I'm pretty sure that you don't mean that the physical dimensions of this lawyer are in the shape of a cube. Perhaps you're referring to one that never leaves its office and is therefore always in a "cube"?

I'm picturing an attorney low enough on the totem pole to have been stuck in a cubicle rather than an honest to goodness office with a window and a view of the outside world.
