The task is to breakdown Section 9; in 1979 the west line was monumented and I'm using the brass caps:

The 1979 survey is using NAD27 SPC bearings. T2 and Topcon DM.
I'm on NAD83 state plane bearings and using a surface adjustment factor of 1.0003.?ÿ

Those T2 and Topcon surveys were really tight.?ÿ
