I found my first tick of the year crawling across my shirt on the way home yesterday. I'll be feeling them on me until November, whether they're there or not.
YEAH!!! SHADDUP!!! TOOOOO!!!
I got one of those filthy Demons too!
O, I forgot to tell you, I'm a bit touchy about those hateful guys!
🙂

Oh no, I am having flashbacks from our Norris job in Collierville last summer. That was the most tick infested property I have ever worked on.
I'm trying to forget about that.
Be thankful you have hands...
This poor snake wishes he had some.
Be thankful you have hands...
Wow, couldn't have happened to anyone more deserving
The top row shows deer ticks. These are the kind of tick that can cause Lyme disease. The first tick on the left in the top row is a "nymph", an immature tick. Next are an adult male, an adult female, and an adult female that has been feeding and is full of blood (called "engorged".)
The bottom row shows dog ticks, which do not transmit Lyme disease. From left to right, the ticks on the bottom row are an adult male, an adult female, and an engorged adult female. Adult dog ticks are larger than adult deer ticks and have white markings on their back.

I just had to see that snake pic right after eating, thanks for the warning though!
Be thankful you have hands...
What I want to know is what's the deal with the tongue depressor and irrigation tube to keep the snake alive?
Some frankenstein science experiment or what?
