The wolverine and the Coasties

Not too long ago I posted seeking advice on getting further involved in this issue with the Coast Guard that my 2012 survey brought to light. I quoted them a price that I'm sure made them vomit because frankly, I really don't have any appetite to get further involved. My record of survey speaks for itself. Apparently at least one firearm was involved in the confrontation between the Coasties and the wolverine and her brethren.

Just because I'm paranoid, doesn't mean they aren't out to get me.

It would seem to me that the landowner couldn't stop them if they went through eminent domain procedures with compensation, but they ignored all that.

If a court eventually decides in the landowner's favor and against a riparian easement, eminent domain is the next step. They will eventually get their light. He should be negotiating instead of fighting. What a mess. Only the lawyers win.
