IMVHO Conservation Agent Matt Selby needs to be educated, particularly as to when to get it surveyed as there was no boundary survey on purchase !

Yeah, the local surveyor will survey the boundary ad set concrete posts for a few thousand dollars. A day.

If there hasn't been a survey, how do they know who is the encroacher and who is the encroachee or whether there even is any encroachment?

If they haven't done a survey how do they know about the encroachments and if they have why would they need one? Wouldn't part of a survey be to set the monuments? If they are set why pay to set them again?

Maybe this is an indicator that there is a guesstasurveyimate ?
