Just saw Mr. Ingram again on The History Channel, "How the States Got Their Shapes". I know it has aired before, and has been discussed here before - but that segment will never get too old so it is worth mentioning again - a really nice piece - thanks Dave.

I wondered about it as well until I read the content.
I've seen that particular episode he's talking about. I also enjoyed the episodes with Bart Crattie (who lives just north of me). Saw Dave Doyle on a couple shows as well.
I would enjoy to "blow the froth off a couple" with any of them.

Thanks Warren. Every time it shows someone makes a point of telling me they saw me on TV. And this was actually my third appearance on History Channel shows. The first was "Super Tools" and the second was "Intra Coastal Waterway".
I actually checked it out to see if this would qualify me to join SAG, but since I was never paid, can't join. I'd have loved to have an Oscar vote - would have driven my daughter up the wall! 🙂
With a lot of the surveyors I worked with in the '70's and '80's It would have been apropos to the "land Surveying" category choice as well.....:-P
