I had an extremely interesting day in Adelaide today learning the finer field points in what data is required when surveying a racing yacht. The order of the day was state of the ark technique using state of art technology. Hmm.. got to rewrite the procedure manual , so use less manual surveying and more computer grunt. Still interesting day so will claim CEPs. Understand the yacht in Q will be sailing in a 2 crew race from OZ to Japan.

Seems there was a need for tall, handsome, bright, good looking land surveyors in Oz to do a bit of boat measurin' so I posted it and RADU fit the bill.
Cannot remember how to search for my posts or topics tho'.:-(

shall be a Naval Architect in no time. LOL Kilted Mermaids?..... did I hear you say?
Thanks for the heads up. Have already chatted and meeting them when in Adelaide to observe how the imported Sydney boys do it.
Told the fellow that I was informed from Canada! Turns out we have mutual friends in Sydney !
