Evening,

A few years ago I read an article about the types of clients surveyors deal with. The article had three or four different types of client types. One of them was the type of client who strictly shops on lowest price regardless of quality.

Can anyone point me in the direction where I could find the said article?

I went to a seminar Larry put on about the client types. It was interesting.
