Sounds like something a road cyclist might use - maybe try the sports section over in aisle three?

A shooting vest (may not be able to get one in high vis).
Filson isn't making its blaze orange cruiser vest, though they may bring it back next spring, according to a Filson rep. It's still my favorite.
The Forestry Suppliers model linked above appears to have a top-loading back pocket rather than side-opening as with the Filson. Any pocket that requires the wearer to remove the vest for access is pretty worthless in my book. I'm reaching into the back pocket of my Filson all day long -- it's where I carry my 25' tape and topo shoe, and often a hammer, some spikes, and a hub or two.

I have a 35 year old Filson that's still going strong.
Never put a 25' tape in the back pocket; Pheasants, Chukars, Hungarian Partridge, Grouse (Ruffed, Blue, Sage, Sharptail), Prairie Chicken, Woodcock, Quail (Valley & Bobwhite), and Doves....but never a 25' tape.
I wear a Seco 8625. More pockets just mean I probably carry more weight than I need to. I generally use the back pocket for the hammer and a hub or two.
Two seasons of part time use and its faded and probably needs to be replaced.
I miss the old Filson vests.
The motion of reaching into the back vest pocket is a bad idea for old tired shoulders...

I get anywhere from 2 to 5 years out of them, then they're too faded to provide the visibility I want. I think I have 2 backups left, so I might be able to wind up my career without having to wait for Filson to start producing them again.
I like this one made in Canada. Has a back pouch (you need to take vest off to access it) and a large back pocket that you can easily put stuff in without removing the vest. But note that its not for warm weather!! They used to have pictures of it but now they don't!?

That faded, frayed look (along with the requisite stains) is just character for a hunting vest

SECO. It's a Class 2 vest (required for working on any highway that received federal funding), blaze orange with the "cooling" feature. I can tote about a gallon of water and the pistol grip schonsteadt in the back pocket with tapes, nails, et cetera. Cost was about $130 and mine is about 10 years old now.
I had a Seco with a side load back pocket with zippers. Thing was tits for a few cans of paint or a 300 foot tape, or maybe a cool garage sign found on a road. Very handy. I left it at the old place i used to work because it had the old company logo bout 18"x18" big. If it didnt have that i would have taken it. Ill be getting another somday.

Actually Class 2 is required for working in any roadway where the speed limit is between 25mph and 50mph. Doesn't matter who paid for it. We paid for it.
Over 50mph go to Class 3, which have sleeves - in all sizes under 4XL.
