If anyone in Southwest PA are going to be doing GPS observations on NGS points for the 2014 GPS on Benchmarks Campaign and want to observe points that fall within the Allegheny Valley Railroad or the Southwest Pennsylvania Railroad Right-of-Way. Please let me know and I will get you the appropriate entry permits to do so.
