That has to be one of the cleanest shovels I've seen in awhile. :smarty: just sayin'
Must've been a flood around there. Most people's back yards can't hold that much water.
I'm impressed, the metal locator still has paint on it! Someone is gonna get one heck of a waterbill if they left the hose running long enough to make a puddle that big!
Respect your tools and they will work for you.
You gotta love the network RTK
This picture is looking north.

Dangerous Doug; I like it!
Always be as accurate as possible but never any more accurate than that.

Yes, Dangerous Dougie should give the guy a call; and let him know that his brass is off by 0.2'

I was walking through the hardware store, right before Christmas last year. We walked past this rack of tile spades and I go; ooh, Carona...
I opened a small box on Christmas morning and a note inside said; look behind the coat rack and there it was, that Corona tile spade you see leaning up against the bulkhead.
So, the moral of the story is; be careful what you ooh and aah at, in the hardware store, you just might get it for Christmas.

You can imagine how it seems like Christmas here when surveying stories come with a moral to them. :smarty:
Today didn't suck either.
I hope that everyone is having a great day! I know I am!

For some reason when I get to a place like that my equipment goes haywire for about 8 hours.
Darn equipment.
Did that big vertical pipe-looking thingy act like a super-antenna to improve your results?
Nice day at Tacoma Narrows. Better than this day

We're in for a bit of inclement weather; so we'll see how she holds up this time around...
@DanielRalph
I remember that newsreel from my youth. Something about the constant wind disturbing the harmonic balance of the bridge.
