I've got to do slope cards for a client.
Anyone out there just use excel with a heavy stock paper and a laser printer?
I hate to spend $50 for a 100 pack and have 75 of them sit for another 5 years till I have to do it again.

TIA

While I have done slope staking on several projects over the years and have even taught others how to find and mark catch points, daylight points, etc. But I have never even heard of slope cards for a client.

Or you could bring the file into a print shop and have them do it. Then you won;t have those 75 sheets of hard board paper lying about for 5 years, or have to buy a laser-jet printer (which I'm assuming you would as you asked if anyone had one).

A lathe? Kind of big and bulky to write on, isn't it?

(Surveyors' favorite misspelling typo next to parole) 😉
