Anybody using one of these??ÿ We picked one up for "spare use" and it just seems like junk!?ÿ On a recent property recon I first used a good ol' Schonstedt, and then I decided to grab the SitePro unit and try it out pretending I didn't know where the 1" iron pipes were.?ÿ It seemed that no matter what sensitivity was set at it would ring everywhere and make almost no distinguishable difference when I waived past the pipe!?ÿ Now since I knew the pipe was there I could detect a slight difference if I dialed way down on the sensitivity and listened close for the change, but doesn't work in the real world where you sweep a wide swath on higher sensitivity (medium to medium high level) to start looking.?ÿ Generally I've been impressed with other SitePro products considering their budget price point, but this one disappoints.?ÿ Just wondering if I got a lemon, or if they really are all this bad. (BTW - our main locator is a Subsurface Instruments and it's been great!)
