Hello again surveyor connect! It's been a while since I've logged in.

I'm trying to help a buddy out by printing some aerial photos of a public hunting area in Mo. Not sure exactly where yet? Where can I get free up to date aerial photos? I would like to bring them into Carlson and put my border on them. I've haven't really had good luck with Carlson and Sid images.

Thanks, Andrew

Why not Google Earth? How up to date do they need to be? A quick check shows most of the imagery there is about one year old.

How do you bring Google earth imagery into Carlson? I've been out of the loop for a while.

I don't own Carlson Survey, but it can't be much different than ACAD. Create a jpeg out of GE at whatever resolution you desire, then import it into Carlson (others more savvy here on that part can weigh in), then scale it (if that's important).
