Just ran across "A treatise on the law of surveying and boundaries" by Clark, which is not in my library. Does anyone here have it? Any thoughts or recommendations?
I believe that is an early edition of the book now more familiarly known as Clark on Surveying and Boundaries.
It's in the public domain.
I'd download this one, as it's searchable, if all i wanted was the info it contained.

Granted, it won't help fill the bookshelves.
Excellent book, one of the very best.

Yes.

Buy it.
First and second editions of Clark, along with Skelton, are the prototypes for all American secondary legal sources on boundary law. Period.
I have another full bookcase at home, but this is what's at arms reach in my office.
