My response would have been - That would violate state practice standards. Those standards include what type of monuments must be set and including my identification on each monument. I will not risk my license by violating those standards.
How about "you put in stakes and I'll set the bounds".
As bad as the email I got last week: "We don't need a survey, just some stakes and a description, its only an easement". Sheesh!
