This makes the third call of this type this week. If I Didn't know any better I would think people had me confused as a on call plumber!

A: "Ah I can see your problem. I am a Land Surveyor, whereas you apparently are looking for a MAGICIAN. Have you tried the M's in the Yellow Pages?"
Actually from their perspective it makes sense. Total fee maybe $300 and at the most $30 an hour with equipment, that's just a day, so it could be done.
