Putting together a cost for a large boundary, come to find out that the first set of restrictions on access have been expanded.?ÿ

Now there are only 8 weeks to work. That won't get very far the first year, I'm beginning to think it would have to be a life time job.?ÿ

Would have been nice to know that when the request for costs went out.?ÿ

Everyone is wanting to have a good first quarter showing and demands this time of the year are ridiculous and mostly not possible to comply with and have the time to do a proper survey.

The result is always a survey that got the closing done on time with smiles everywhere only to find that much has been overlooked and not addressed that can cause boundary conflicts in the future. Especially with large properties that have many adjoiners and the new survey only reflects monuments found at the limits of the property being surveyed and nothing noted about monuments falling along those boundaries.

good luck

The client doesn't have say over the schedule. I don't see how it's can be done short of shutting down the office and everyone in the field and cross your fingers. 8 weeks in the fall is all that's allowed. Oh due date is 12-31-2019.

I am still working on one that the sellers insisted upon having closed before the middle of December, 2018 which gave 3wks to survey and at least a week to get closed afterwards.

With the amount of rain since then it has been impossible to get out the door with hunters in stands all across the property.

Since hunting season has ended, it is almost finished and the only setback is that is has been raining with lightning 4days a week around here.

Cell phone and internet is spotty after a tower went down that caused one house fire during an isolated electricthrunderosahail storm at the beginning of January.
