Does anyone have this in a PDF form.  I have the paperback version, but it would be nice in PDF.

I have the DNR version and I was able to find a copy of the 1979 edition after I posted.  Your 74 edition is much easier to read since my copy 79 is just a bad scan of the book.

The BLM link I found appears to be down.
