Does anyone have a pdf of "Design and Error Analysis of Survey Networks" by Adam Chrzanowski?
Would the title perhaps be Survey Projects instead of Survey Networks?
I find some Google hits that reference a set of lecture notes by that name, but didn't get any direct hits on it right away.

It looks like you have an error in the title!
In 1977 Dr. Adam Chrzanowski had "Design and error analysis of surveying projects". This was his lecture Notes #47.
In 1988 he had " Design and pre-analysis of Surveying projects". This was an updated version of his #47 Notes.
