We have a ranger linked to a data phone via blue tooth. I can get to the internet through the link but can not figure out how to send a .job file. The email I yahoo email account I have does not seem to let me attach files.
There must be a simple way to send and receive files, just not simple enough for me I guess.

Most free emails have a file size limit. You may try zipping the file and see if it will go.

If you can access the internet, use Dropbox or something similar to drop the file in for someone else to access. That should work until you can figure out what the email problem is.

I spent many drives to and from sites trying to make this happen. Maybe Windows CE keeps that from happening?

My solution was to create a .txt file, open the file in word pad, copy the info, and paste it into the body of an email, and reverse the process on the other end...

Yes, it sucks.

Dropbox works well. The other day I forgot to load a geoid file on my TSC2 and I just called the office and had them copy it to the Dropbox folder and then it appeared moments later on my Droid3 which is blue-toothed to the TSC2. I did a bluetooth transfer and it ended up in the download folder of the TSC2 from where I moved it into the appropriate SurveCE folder...Slick! Took about 2 minutes.
