@fairbanksls I do like the bed slides. A good friend has one of those covers he is a solo guy. Works well. Deer goes on top lol. ?ÿI guess i would have to buy a different truck to survey out of maybe. ?ÿI have a f350 4 door and could not put a cover on it. Have to be able to hook up the gooseneck during hay season. But yes the reaching over the side of these trucks are not fun at all. ?ÿI tried to get the boss to get bed slides but he could not justify the cost. We run 3/4 tons and camper shell. He liked the survey pack as it would give more visibility as well. If i were solo I might consider a small enclosed trailer for my survey box. Have all the atv and equipment with a charging station etc. but I would not be going after city work. That might be cheaper than buying ?ÿa different survey rig. ?ÿI just have to much farm stuff in bed now.
