I'm primarily running mine as base/rover and it's pure awesomeness.?ÿ I was staking points with impunity under a line of 24" eastern red cedars that had branches all the way to the ground. My base was in wide open sky and even under heavy cedar canopy the rover was getting 25-30 sv's.?ÿ I didn't have a single point all day where I had to wait for the solution to settle before locating or staking points.
In Tennessee TDOT's VRS is only GPS/GLONASS so I don't think you'd see the same results as base rover due to longer baselines and fewer sv's. Not sure if any VRS's are running 4 constellations yet, if so, maybe some users there will chime in.?ÿ
