If that is as the surveyor generated it, he needs a good talking to.?ÿ First for not proofreading.?ÿ Second for not using?ÿa description writing routine in 2012.?ÿ There is absolutely no reason for a surveyor to manually type bearings and distances any more.?ÿ That's probably where 95% of the errors occur.

Scrivener was probably drunk 🙂

The property was owned by?ÿOuterbridge Horsey IV

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Outerbridge_Horsey

He was the son of the above and was born on 28 February 1819 in Delaware. He married Anna Carroll, a descendant of the Catholic settlers who crossed the Atlantic in 1633 aboard?ÿThe Ark?ÿand?ÿThe Dove. He was a lawyer and distiller, at Needwood estate near Burkitsville in Western Maryland. He started distilling at the age of 19 producng?ÿHorsey Pure Rye?ÿand a special brand called?ÿGolden Gate, the latter being aged by loading barrels of it aboard ships and sending it around Cape Horn to San Francisco and then back to Maryland by train. He died in 1902 and the distillery closed soon afterwards, though later?ÿOld Horsey?ÿwas re-introduced.

I missed the fact that there were no 80's or 90's.?ÿ That is strange.?ÿ Maybe typing a "7" every time he meant something else. (?)?ÿ

Courses 15-17 are all XX - 53 - 10.?ÿ

Course 18 is 11-73-10

I suspect the occurrence of the rogue 7's?ÿ is related to it being close to the 4 & 5 on the keypad?ÿ
