Here is an interesting letter sent to the FCC from council for the United States GPS Industry.
I really hope this gets shut down, a world without dependable GPS is a step backwards for many.

My boss seems to think this would not affect survey-grade receivers, only consumer-grade. Maybe it might mean more contracts for surveyors?
