My son and his fianc?? moved to Portland a couple of years ago.?ÿ
He is working in Hillsboro at the airport right now but told me last night that he had applied for an entry level surveying job.
How is the market out there and do any of you Portland folks have any advice?
He graduated from the forestry school at University of Georgia a couple of years ago and has a sharp mind and good work ethic.

The PLS job I left in August - Portland Area - was posted on Craigslist yesterday. Any PLS's in the area that are at loose ends should check it out. I didn't leave angry, I just got an offer I couldn't refuse.
The survey market was white hot before the pandemic and has remained fairly strong through it. I have seen ads for entry level people.?ÿ And I'll vouch for Tim. Go see him, he has an interesting project kicking off!
