One of the bigger sins is committed by a fellow finding a stone per numerous surveys of record. Everyone has always used the top/center of the stone.....well, until this guy comes along, sets a bar about six inches away at the side of the stone and then declares his bar to be the corner. What a maroon, as Bugs Bunny would say. Instant pin cushion. If he really wants to contribute to confusion in future decades he makes no mention of finding the stone and leaves the bar about six inches up above the top of stone.
Currently following that guy....even recording statutes can't fix stupid....
Didn't you know "it's not really a corner unless you can find it with a pin finder" ?
Silly bull....;-)
I have set pins under stones....
Yea, the recent oil boom took our locale from 16-18 survey companies to over 40, just wonder how many will leave now that the boom has ceased here?
