I always enjoy looking at others photos, so here are some of mine from Monday doing a profile of 17 miles of Mississippi river levee.

If your Monday was like our Tuesday, you had a GREAT day for surveying (and swimming and fishing and...). Why does it look like your high rod is out of plumb?

I had a buddy from Greenville, Mississippi (I think it was). He would tell stories about being underage/ potentially udnerinfluence and driving the levees home.

Not state roads, so no 'local' presence. Haven't thought of him in a while and your pics made me recall those stories. Definitely pre-9/11 and pre-Katrina.

Nice pictures! I also do like checking other's land surveying photos!

I am going to show you a few funny pics from my library!

I hope you find these humorous - the sad situation is, that nowadays in Hungary (where we work, as land surveyors), there are more bitter things than charming, therefore I always try to look at this "state" from a funny pov - it gives me strength to continue and carry on...

Best wishes from Hungary!
w21.
