An I-40 Arkansas "Hoop Snake"?
DDSM:beer:
All I know is he's a good snake now. Somanabeach climbed out of one of those old inlets in the median. My guy got him, I hid in the truck .
Pics like those from the south make me glad I'm in the north. I'll take a 36" blizzard at -10 degrees any day! As long as I don't need to deal with "hoop snakes". !
I'da bin in da truck wid ya.
I'm thinking Nate's kids would put it in a shoebox, name it and teach it tricks. Every morning they would argue over who was going to get to take it to "show and tell".
Never trust a man that loves snakes.

My attitude towards snakes is “you leave me alone, I leave you alone”. I am by no means a snake aficionado but we have a “friendly snake”
(Eastern Indigo) who has claimed our back yard as his. The snake is so deep black and shiny it looks fake. The best part about indigo snakes is that rattlesnakes are their enemy and also their prey.
Have a great weekend! B-)

In the area I grew up, Common names of King snake, Hoop Snake, Blue Racer and Black snake are all considered "Good" snakes, because their prey are rattlers, Moccasins and copperheads.
