When surveyors did not continue to be THE planners ..............

www.publications.ojd.state.or.us/docs/A152351.pdf

I did a "SEARCH" of the .pdf for 'survey' and found nil.

I have not read the case and wonder if any surveyors were involved ?

Cheers,

Derek

Thanks, I was wondering what I was going to do with my weekend.

Oregon's land development planning and and approval process is unique in many ways. While the process has its charms, it does also generate a lot of revenue for attorneys and professional planners. Witness this 128 page ruling from the Court of Appeals.
