what's up with this?

Formatting appears to be correct when compared to other RINEX files I've processed successfully. Do I just have to wait a day?

It processed this morning. I had collected it at night and the date was 10/29, so I think that was causing a problem trying to process it on 10/28. It processed this morning no problem. I actually had really high quality indicators. Now I know for next time that I have to wait.
