Still down as of 7:15am CDT... the submission page is up but the files I submitted got rejected with three different error messages.

There were also problems with ftp. I was writing a program last night that connects to CORS via ftp, and it wasn't working. Of course I didn't know what the problem was, I thought it was something in my code. It now works fine this morning (ftp), but I wasted a bunch of time trying to figure it out.
