On the way back from a job Friday, I took this picture of a sign along a county road. It isn't very clear because I whipped out the cell phone and took it out the window while driving at 60 MPH through a curve in the gravel road. The sign is really large!
Just kidding about the 60 MPH.
LOL!!!
Sounds like what my grandpa used to say......
Come to think of it, I've heard my dad say the same thing........
WOW! I think I said it just the other day!
Great minds think alike.
probably had his fence plowed down numerous times from cars driving 60 around that curve;-)
I now have a scene running through my head of vehicles going by with passengers hanging out the windows with shotguns blasting that sign over and over.

I wouldn't doubt it-and his house is just behind the sign.
I've been out of the loop in that area for a few years and this was my first look at the sign. One of the problems with going very fast on that road is that the county is putting down mag chloride. It used to be if you came over a hill you could look out and see anyone on the road for 5 miles or more. Now there's hardly any dust and you have to be real careful; so I was going pretty slow (at least for me) when I rounded the corner in front of the sign.
