Just got a request for a quote on an ALTA survey from this broker. Never heard of them and not about to do one for a broker. Some of the Texas dudes/dudettes may know about them as they are based in Dallas. Ridiculous requirements, their title block and more.

I simply don’t perform ALTA surveys because my price is usually double that of other “bids”.

One thing for sure, (at least with my carrier) is that if you perform a survey and it is on someone else’s title block, your E&O is basically invalid.:-(
