I just got an RFP for a ALTA for commercial property from them.
I almost never do ALTA's or work for stateside companies.
Anyone know of them?

Yes I do. They usually go with the lowest bidder. They do pay, but it will be three months and that is if everything goes well with the client. Also, you will be using their drawing templates, not yours, along with their layers and such. They are very specific, but good to work for also if you put in the time. Usually a two week turn around is normal for them.
