OK, I'm in Florida and have done tons of ALTA's down here. Every title commitment i've ever seen has a list of B-2 exceptions, maybe a couple, maybe 50. I'm looking at a title commitment that was sent to me by one of our engineers to check out the title. Problem is, there is no section B-2. Am i missing some pages or does NY do things different.....
