for 50 years old and up or the number of rooms ? 😉

If rooms, will there be a size of person criteria as it looks a bit small for room numbers proposed.

They should be thankful that the famous Mr. Ellicott was a land surveyor. What if he had been a piano player in a house of ill repute, or worse, a politician?
