The boys had said the new V8i was acting up and they'd lost a a gpk file full of data. Not sure why yet and the techs haven't been able to figure it out.

Well right now - my gpk file is empty- and i am not happy. :-@ time to leave while the PC is still functional.....

If you know the name of any contents in the file, do a search for it on all your drives, it may have simply been refiled.

Yesterday during a conversation we recalled the story of another surveyor that had erased 2 years of his digital data by making the wrong keystroke.

Good Luck

It was only on hr old. I'd just reduced/processed my raw file and was editing the feature codes.- not deleting any points. Then zoooop- gone.

So How Is The Weekend Going to End?

You posted a video about a month or so ago that you were going to give to Mrs. File for Mother's Day and I posted that a .45 APC from the Kimber Custom Shop would go well with the video. So what is Mrs. File getting for Mother's Day?

By the way your file is still on your hard drive the header may be screwed up. You will need a real computer geek to find it but it is there. Been there had a geek do it.
