Our Nomad data collector will not hold the screen alignment. Push "6" get "7" push "a" get "b". Has anyone else run into this problem?

Try doing a screen alignment and hold your stylus on the cross hair until it moves to the next position. If you are still having problems after that it most likely will need a screen replacement.

Try removing your screen protector and thoroughly clean around the edges of the screen. Do a screen alignment. If that worked, replace your screen protector, call it good.
