What receiver model and firmware version??ÿ It may well be due to the GPS week number rollover, which has affected some firmware/software but not most. There are lots of threads about it on the forum, so you should look for information about your hardware to see what its situation is.

My antique Trimble 4000sse is receiving a bunch of GPS satellites inside the house right now.?ÿ I expect to continue needing to specify the week number myself when using TEQC to convert to RINEX.

Topcon HiPer SR. The firmware was updated in February. I don't know the version. I forgot about the roller. I'll take your advice and search the forum. Thanks, Bill!

From Terminus-NC April 10, 2019 9:08 am:

We just uploaded all our FC-5000 data collectors to the latest version of Magnet. We used the clear NVRAM pretty often in the past and cannot seem to find the routine in the new version. We do see the Factory Reset option, but does anybody now what happened to the clear the ram routine?

Hope I have better luck! What's the Minter Panel? I was tracking 7 GLONASS satellites this afternoon.

This happened to us for the last 3 days. Doing a Factory reset help for a little while, then went back to the problem. Finally got all the units to take the new firmware update last night, this morning everything fired up and worked with no issues. It is 100% firmware issue, you need to updated yours.

That is most likely the old ephemeris is the receiverƒ??s memory post rollover. So if thereƒ??s a memory reset (not a factory default reset) to dump eph thatƒ??s the ticket. Factory reset works too, but I found it unnecessary. Ephemeris is week number based.?ÿ
