I attempted to use the NGS software CALIBRATE, which is for EDM calibration on an existing CBL. (calibrated base line)

I was able to install this on my Win10 machine, but activation (and thus application launch) failed.?ÿ I note that the produce is 8 years old and may not be compatible with the current OS.
The reply was based on my recollection. I no longer have a Windows computer to verify my comments below.
The program works from the command window. It does not have a GUI. It was written in some version of BASIC. The ZIP file contains instructions which include creation of two files: one with published the other with measured distances.
Basic statistics are returned.
Algorithms were converted from NOAA TM 10.?ÿ

Jim - try contacting the author, he has been very helpful with me in the past. As for Win10, I hope to never be infected with it?ÿ - it destroyed SWMBO's machine...
