Is that what you're looking for or am I missing something?
I believe it only opens up to download in explorer and on the newest version of Adobe and can only be manipulated with Adobe Pro.
Not really user friendly for us XP guys unless we have sucessfully updated Adobe.
Adobe crashed when I updated it and I have not taken the time to correct that.......darned computers

I went back and did some farther investigation.
I can open the various linked webpages including the one you listed.
When I open the link "Please Wait" page appears on the screen and stays there.
The form will not open there.
I found that I can continue and save the file to my computer.
When I open the saved file, the entire 15 page form will open in Adobe.
Adobe does ask for me to update to the latest Adobe.
I made this update on one XP that the result caused Adobe XI Pro to crash so I'm not going to update it on my other computer.
My software came from some :-O site with :-X
It will not allow me to convert file to another format, like word, ms word, rich text or any other because it is XFA form.
I did a quick test and I can insert information into the boxes with Adobe XI Pro and save the file under another name and open it again.
Is anyone else having issues adding an image to the document. When I try to add one it says I need Life Cycle, which is more money. I have found a work around but it is a pain in the rear. I currently have the most recent version of Adobe and still to no avail. If you do right click and view document properties it tells you there are a few items which are not allowed to be edited.
I have been unable to download the latest form on the FEMA website.
I downloaded from the rpls link above.
Using Win 7 and Adobe Acrobat Reader Ver 15.10 I can add text to the pdf and print but cannot save the edited file.
At least I finally have it to fill out.

I'm not sure I understand all the time and effort being spent on this endevor when FEMA has not yet approved it for use. Interesting...
Yes I can edit and print but in order to add a photo I have to do it after I save it.
As to the effort, some county officials are starting to require its use.
At this point, if I were required to use it, I'd just print the blank form and hand fill it in. Luckily, so far, it hasn't come to that...

PASTE:whistle:
Seems like a lot of work to go back & forth between the PC and doing one by hand. I fill all mine out on the PC. Of course you could "old school" it and "past" your pics to the form with glue!
There is this thing called an office copier. Print everything but the photos. Then run your copies as original paper and lay your photos on the copier surface. Then make copies from that. It's called a workaround.
Yeah & it's called a pain in the a$$!

Cut & Paste
something like school scissors and Elmer's Glue............B-)
Anyone heard any updates on this? The expiration date and November 30 extension are getting harder to explain.
FEMA should change the expiration date to an issue date on the certificate.
I checked the FEMA Portal and noticed more changes and updates this past weekend. Meanwhile the parcel I was attempting to work on, closed on Friday without the buyer bringing it up. The new owner may want one, but I am not as confident in getting it done within a certain time as in the past.
