Does North Carolina have a surveyors right of entry still in effect? I found reference to it, but can't find it in the actual state statutes.?ÿ

it states that entry on property by a surveyor conducting business is not trespass.?ÿ
@tbrown504 It's more explicit than that, it is an actual right of entry. With a trespass exemption you can be made to leave.

As I recall, it never became law. When I moved to NC in 2005, there was no right of entry for a Surveyor.
