Has anyone tried to stick a Moasure unit into a manhole to get measurements?

I'm good with invert elevations, not so good at determining pipe sizes. I'd love to know if anyone's tried this.

Not so long ago I asked if anyone had used a Moasure for any purpose whatsoever. No takers. If you have I'd like to hear about it.

Depends what you want it for but appears iPhone with lidar for indoor and cheap rtk gnss for outdoor achieve better precision for similar costs based on what https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=yO_Akj99r-0 found. 2'/60cm precision.

I have a sewer rehabilitation project. The line to be replaced runs through backyards of a 1955 subdivision. The yards are all highly developed (patios, pools, retaining walls, etc.) and densely landscaped, making traversing difficult. There are a lot of mature trees around making GPS impractical. I'm thinking something like Moasure might be just the ticket.

@norman-oklahoma

Hire in a slam scanner? https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=FNBRC1eRhp0 was a great introduction I thought.
