Does anyone knows if a mini prism like seco that have vial in needs calibration some time? And if yes how we can do it?

Yes, it needs to be calibrated. Screw it onto a leveled tribrach with rotatable adapter. Then you can adjust the vial.

Like Dave said, but only if it's the style that you can adjust. They make some that have no adjustment screws for the vial.
