One of my duties is to determine encroachments within the ROW and make diagrams for the property management staff. I came upon this one:

We are not really treating it as an encroachment since its only in a drainage easement, just having some fun with it. Our ROW Chief thinks we need to call the Japanese Consulate.

Have a 2000-lb near-sighted bull that might want to get frisky with that gorgeous female.?ÿ Transportation and travel feed expense may be more than your superiors are willing to cover.
Ya better keep an eye out for Rodan, Mothra, etc...things could get complicated.

Seeing something you don't expect..................................
Came home from a meeting a few minutes ago.?ÿ Parked in the carport but instead of walking through the garage as I would normally do, I start to walk around the side of the house.?ÿ I stopped and looked into the garage which was open and the light was on awaiting my return.?ÿ I knew several cats would be visible.?ÿ Several were and they were all looking towards the open door as if expecting me to come through it any second as I would normally do.?ÿ Boosted my ego a tad, as if it needed any help.?ÿ Then, I saw the big possum teetering on one edge of a large cardboard box in the garage.?ÿ That is what they were all looking at.?ÿ Ego promptly deflated.?ÿ So, I went back and strolled into the garage for a short chat with the very surprised possum, turned off the light and headed on into the house.?ÿ Would have stayed longer but the possum wasn't much of a conversationalist.

OK, if you insist. Toe may toe vs tuh mah tuh. Typically when a local seems to say "opossum" it is really a case of saying "OH, a possum".
At least it wasn't a similar sized furry critter with a black mask or my post would have been converted to [potty mouth].
