LGO 8.3 Giggle Earth

We are still using LGO 8.2.?ÿ In order to get the Google Earth feature to work, this is what you need to do:

• Create a registry key called "Google Earth Plus"
• Within that key, create string values for "currentVersion" and "InstallLocation"
• Populate the strings with the current Google Earth version and the location of the Google Earth Pro .exe file

The attached PDF will give you the basic idea of what you need to do.?ÿ The key here is to create the registry key named Google earth Plus, because that is what LGO is looking for.?ÿ Once it finds it, then it will know where to find the .exe file to open up Google Earth Pro, wherever it may be installed.?ÿ You don't need to create any other strings, and you don't need to do any edits to the Google Earth Pro registry key.?ÿ

Every time Google Earth updates you will need to change the string value for currentVersion, but at least it works.
