Anyone familiar with this program? I can't figure out how to edit my closing BM elevation to reflect the published value. Any help out there?

Liz

Liz,

We use Level Pak and it is a bit unforgiving. I assume you have come off an unknown elevation and closed into a known elevation at some point in your loop, correct? You have to start by fixing your starting point and if you do not know what that elevation is, you use an assumed elevation and run your loop and then get your difference between your known point and whatever you get with an assumed.
You will then have to either start a new project or rename your starting point with the difference that you found to close on your known point. Level Pak will not let you change the elevation for your starting point once you have fixed it, it will also not let you delete it and start over. That is why I say you will have to start a new project or rename the starting point.

Your are welcome to email with any questions.
Kurt

Thanks for the reply Kurt. I don't see an e-mail address for you on the Users page and I do have another question or two. I don't have time to post more now but I will check back and see if you have added your e-mail so I can contact you later.

Thanks, Liz
