Had to do a stake out last week. A few hours before at home I wanted to look if everything was ok with the TCRP1205+, like battery??. But the green light on the RH15 radio handle did not work and also no communication with the CS15 data collector.
Since i have a second 1203 with RH15, tried the other RH15 but still not working. Both RH15 tested on the 1203 and they work ok, so the problem was on the TS.
In the interface settings i saw that the RH15 was not selected. Once selected the RH15 green led was blinking and the RH15 was working ok. When turning the TS power off, the setting of RH15 is lost and had to be selected manually in the interface every time.
Also noticed that date and time settings are on 00:00 and year 2025 on power on. And the angles are on degrees instead of gon.
I suppose there is an small internal battery on a pcb witch holds the time date and settings??ÿ
If so, any suggestions on replacing it DIY ( yeah, i know, bring it to the dealer??.)
Or could this be another problem? In fact it is not a big deal, the TS works fine, just have to select RH15 as interface after startup. The other settings don??t matter because the CS15 is the DC and brains. TS works still great.
One thing i have to look at is if the check and adjust values are stored??
